Women’s Health Coach specialised in Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness with a lifelong passion for movement. Certified in Fitness, Spinning, Pilates, Zumba and Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness, she designs fun and dynamic training sessions to inspire women to enjoy movement, connect with their bodies and move with confidence.
ADRIANA SINTES

Certified Pilates instructor with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and a Master’s in Nutrition. An avid rhythmic gymnastics athlete from age 6 to age 23, she integrates elements of the discipline into her classes. Her goal is to help students build a healthy and sustainable relationship with movement and nutrition.

Professional contemporary dancer and certified instructor of Barre, Yoga and Bodyflying® Aerial Yoga. She has been teaching since 2019 and established the Bodyflying® Aerial Yoga method in 2021. Her versatile approach combines dance, barre, aerial yoga and traditional yoga. Her training philosophy guides people to explore their body’s potential through dance-inspired immersive experiences.

She is specialised in Pilates, Fitness, Barre and TRX Suspension Training, and has certifications from ANEF, the Spanish Pilates Federation, Stott Pilates and TRX. After shifting focus from the performing arts to Fitness, her dynamic teaching style focuses on technique and alignment. She brings rhythm and energy to each and every class, while also stressing the importance of rest to achieve balance.

Her approach is holistic, connecting the body, mind and emotions to achieve comprehensive well-being. After a decade devoid of movement due to an injury, she completely transformed her life, leaving the architecture world for sport.

Specialised in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for Trauma and Eating Disorders, and Pilates. With and MBA and certifications in Coaching, Carla focuses on FitYoga, a fusion of Vinyasa, Pilates and therapeutic movements with breathing and meditation practice. She is passionate about conscious movement as a means of connection, healing and emotional expression.

HIIT, Barre and Toning instructor, she has been running her own Fitness studio in Mexico since 2012. She has multiple international certifications in HIIT, pre- and postnatal training, and barre. Her energetic teaching style motivates class participants to push their limits while ensuring training sessions are fun and effective. At the age of 9, she voluntarily led the warm-up at her mother’s dance studio.

Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor trained in rhythmic gymnastics and dance. A firm believer that anyone can do Pilates, no matter your injuries, experience or background. For Agustina, movement is a way to develop both strength and confidence. She encourages people to find an activity they enjoy, commit to it and then just let the results roll in.

Running and Fitness instructor, medium- and long-distance runner, and certified coach for personal training, Zumba and Indoor Cycling. A training enthusiast, she lives according to the motto: “Show me how you train and I’ll tell you who you are”. She loves round numbers and always ends her runs to the exact kilometre.

Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga teacher with RYT training and certifications in Hatha Vinyasa, Rocket Yoga and Vinyasa, she works out of Barcelona and Bali. She believes yoga should be accessible to everyone and creates fun, dynamic sequences to energise both the body and the mind. She started out practising yoga to perfect Sirsasana but stuck with it for the mental benefits.
LUCIA ROMERO

Personal trainer in Barcelona specialised in Running, Fitness, Weight Training and Functional Training. With over eight years of experience, she has a degree in physical conditioning and training in Indoor Cycling and Functional Training. Though she broke her hip while running six years ago, she is now a Running coach, demonstrating her resilience through movement.
YULIA PERSOVA
Russia
A Vinyasa and Power Yoga teacher, she first got into sport through rhythmic gymnastics. After retiring from the sport, she discovered yoga and fell in love with the practice, completing her first instructor training in Bali in 2017. Yulia teaches dynamic and creative Vinyasa classes centred around strength and mobility. She believes yoga helps us manage stress, strengthen resilience and accept the constant change in our lives.
